Responsibilities:
- Initiate, make analysis & trial / preparation implementation of HR projects, propose for HR improvement
- Make analysis compensation & benefit, based on head to head information and/or market survey result & make suggestion for improvement company compensation & benefit
- Control compensation and benefit program
- Tracking trend of HR issue for entire functions in the company, make analysis & purpose suggestion for improvement
- Propose method for man power planning
- Make budget LC & make forecast budget until end of Fiscal Year
