Responsibilities:
- Take ultimate responsibility for the outcome of all day to day and long-ranging activities in the production facility
- Work the first shift on most days, but be accountable for the safety, performance, and compliance of all production shifts
- Ensure that products are produced, on time, on budget, and in compliance with corporate, legal, and customer standards.
- Continuously improve output and labor utilization/control while reducing waste and downtime.
- Oversee preventative maintenance program, recruiting staff and outside contractors as needed, scrutinizing costs and workmanship for maximum return on equipment investments.
- Develop, review, and maintain adherence to all product cost standards, manufacturing, operating, and capital budgets.
- Stay ahead of the competition by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and best practices.
- Supply upper management with accurate and timely data regarding production rates, waste, downtime, and quality levels.
- Develop and maintain personnel job descriptions, conducting annual performance reviews and mentoring subordinates in areas of professional growth.
- Participate in R&D efforts with executive chef and marketing department, coordinating the orderly transition from product concept to mass production.
- Oversee facility developments, construction, repairs.
Requirements:
- Based in Beji Plant, Pasuruan, Indonesia
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ Industry Engineer from reputable university
- Strong working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and quality control programs in food processing environments
- At least 5 years managerial experience in a food processing environment at least 2 of which shall have been spent in the capacity of plant manager or assistant plant manager.
- Experience inmanaging Plantand min. 5years within a management role in Food Manufacturing
- Strong leadership & communication skill, tough personality, integrity, good management skill, show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented
