- Able to estimate steel structure and civil works

Asst.Manager / Manager - Shipping & Despatch
Jawa Timur - Sidoarjo, Surabaya
Responsibilities:
- Manage & control the Shipping & Despatch department in the Steel Company / Factory
- Ensure all despatches ( Domestic in Indonesia & Exports consignments) to be shipped on time as per the schedule
- Ensure timely availability of Trucks / Containers from Shipping lines to upload the finished products for despatch / to be shipped
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines for Break-Bulk Shipments / Container shipments / Cargo shipments
- Rates negotiations / Tariffs negotiations with Shipping Lines FOR BREAK-bULK & CONTAINERS SHIPMENTS
- Coordinate with Port authorities / Port officials in Surabaya for documentation , legal requirement & Shipments
- Prepare all Legal documents / Agreements pertaining to Shipments & related to Port requirement
- Chartering & Charter Party negotiations & its management
- Coordination with Port Authorities / Port officials / Shipping Lines for incoming Raw Material from other countries and ensure it should be get delivered in the Factory campus on time with optimum cost
- Control & Monitor all the Processes in the Department / SOPs etc to ensure effective Control of the department
- Coordinate with Marketing department for Domestic & Exports shipment schedule & prepare the shipment plans accordingly
- Provide Training & guidance to the down the line staff in Shipping & Despatch department.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Engineering (Marine), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- Required language(s):Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the Shipping & Despatch department while leading the department atleast for 5 Years
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sidoarjo,Surabaya.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Shipping / Chartering/ Brik-Bulk, Charter Party / Containers shipments etc. .
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
