Secretary To Director
Based in Bandung
Bandung (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will perform the general secretarial duties. The task may include but not limited to scheduling appointment and meeting, preparing presentation, making travel arrangement and coordinating work with either internal and external party.
Requirements:
Sarjana degree from reputable university.
At least eight years of proven track record in assuming similar function and role.
Strong organization skill with ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedule of Executive.
Good interpersonal and communication skill with high level of English proficiency. Mastering other languages will be an advantage
Indonesian with age max 45 years old
