Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading retail company from Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a sales, business development and logistics expert to fill the position of Business Development Manager, to be based in Tangerang, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for sales in the Logistics Department and will report directly to the Logistics Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop master business plan for the Company’s Distribution Center
- Drive profit
- Capture new business opportunities
- Manage partner relationships to increase business
- Develop and execute Business Plan
- Manage and track all business development activities
- Analyze progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
- Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
- Oversee work flows for partner accounts
Requirements:
- Female
- At least 32 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Currently holds managerial level, with minimum 7 years comprehensive experience in related field (preferably in logistics)
- Good business acumen with abilities to expand business network
- Good sense of finance
- A result-orientated individual with exceptional managerial and coordination skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Willing to be located in Balaraja - Tangerang, and willing to be travel
