We are reinforcing our Commercial Team and we are looking the following position:
Regional Sales Manager
Bali, Lombok (Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Responsibilities:
- To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the Company,
- To achieve the regional monthly and yearly sales targets,
- To manage, motivate and develop your regional sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity,
- To co-visit and serve the key-dealers, key-contractors, key-architects and work closely with your sales team to develop the relationship with the regional actors in the construction market,
- To report regularly on the market situation, competitors’ movements, results of our actions, sales opportunities and other assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Female / male, 30-35 years old
- Leadership, ability to negotiation, analytical skills, autonomy, honesty, hard worker
- At least S1 Architect or Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Min. 5 years commercial experience, if possible in the construction products industry and for an international company (PMA)
- Min. 3 years managerial experience of sales forces, if possible at the service of the distribution, contractors, architects in Indonesia
- Good knowledge in English
- Windows, MS Office
- Willing to be interviewed in Gresik, East Java

Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:
Basic Function :
To supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and attractive appearance in Guest accommodations and Public Area. To see the operation that all guest laundry and hotel linens are washed according to specifications and to see that all personnel performing assigned jobs in the department. To ensure that all operations are going in accordance with established standards
Scope :
Is responsible for all Housekeeping problems, suppliers, linen, equipment, personnel in the department, work orders to engineering and any other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Diploma IV degree in Hotel Management
- Having at least 3 years experience in similar position from 3 to 5 stars hotel
- Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resort’s Housekeeping management from office administration, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, gardening, decorations
- Able to produce, interprete and analize Housekeeping Operation reports
- Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions
- Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to Houskeeping and Guest Service matters
- Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices
- Able to produce accurate and timely reporting related matters
- Communicates in Good English
