Internal Audit Officer
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Sunter
Responsibilities:
- Preparing all material needed in internal audit process
- Ensure timely completion in implementing internal audit work program
- Gathering audit documentation in the Audit Working Paper Reporting when finding errors in related departement in the internal audit activity
- Preparing and doing internal audit activity in the assigned area
- Giving revision input to the related departement about the errors and make sure the errors are not repeated
Requirements:
- Preferably female, max.30 years old
- Minimum 2 year experience as Internal Audit Officer
- S1 Economy (Accounting major) with minimum GPA : 3,00 from reputable university
- Fluent in english both written/oral & good computer literate
- Preferably can speak Mandarin
- Applicant should be willing to work in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities:
- Perform audit function both in operation and sales areas in Head Office and Branches
- Perform audit assignment to accomplish Annual Audit Plan
- Assist in providing value-added recommendations that enhance internal control systems.
- Perform prompt and effective communication of audit results
- Ensure the audit recommendations are properly implemented on timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting / Management from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in auditing in Life Insurance / Financial Services company
- Good understanding in auditing concept, system and procedure
- Good communication including in written reports and presentation towards all level
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Independent and Proactive
- Willing to visit Branches
- Possess good computer skill i,e, Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- High level of integrity, honest, detail oriented, and easy to adapt within new environment
