In other to support our business growth in the Group Wilmar International Plantation, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position.
Sr. Environment Health and Safety Staff
Kalimantan Tengah, Riau, Sumatera Utara
Responsibilities:
- Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling industry. Update as and when required.
- Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues in plantation and mill processes and advice the management with options that are pragmatic.
- Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
- Coordinate with social department in order to develop and implement social responsibility
- Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
- To build and maintain management system that comply to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, PROPER, and other certification scheme related to oil palm plantation and mill.
- Update on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
- To ensure the implementation and periodical reporting of company EIA (environment Impact assessment or Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan, RKL and Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan, RPL.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
- Work Base at Bengkalis (Riau), Sampit (Kalteng), and Rantau Prapat (Sumatera Utara)
- Full-Time position available.
