Regional Operation Manager
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Sell units through dealers and fleet
- Assist dealers to set dealer business plan and help them to achieve their sales and profit objective
- Develop dealers fleet specialist team and fleet activities
- Setting of sales target, measure and audit performance
- Set up sales analysis/ management report for review with dealer management
- Counsel dealer on market pricing strategy
- Assist dealer to achieve dealer standard
- Develop and support dealer sales and marketing campaigns
- Conduct sales prospecting especially on fleet business, market research and market/customer profiling
- Update of product info and development
- Plan and implement product launch with dealers to increase sales penetration into all makes application
- Do market intelligence to combat competition and feedback to management
- Measure effectiveness of market/ product coverage and take corrective actions for improvement
- Increase brand equity, image and market acceptance
- Motivate performance of dealers and service centers
- Identity training need of dealer’s staff and organize training programs
- Schedule regular dealer in-house training
Requirements:
- Bachelor Or Master Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Business, preferably in vehicles sales
- High level of interpersonal Communication skill
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities within country
- Market knowledge
- Managerial skill
