Developing in Application with Code Igniter or Wordpress and experience on web mobile & Social Media API Integrations
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good verbal and written communication skills in the english language is a plus, personal motivation and self-learning ability, good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relation, ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure envir, Able to work on own initiative and within a team.

Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of an international power tool company that is seeking a financial planning and analysis management professional of the highest quality to fill the job of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a medium level analyst position. The winning candidate will lead in the implementation of commercial best practices, reporting and analysis for the country supporting local management and the business units.
Responsibilities:
Support country management with information that drives commercial decisions
Manage local country business tax requirements
Oversee coordination and alignment of finance responsibility with regional SEA finance
Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports to identify issues/opportunities and develops recommendations for corrective actions
Leads specific commercial analysis and projects across the country functions to drive growth and margin accretion.
Reviews and challenges the Sales and Margin forecasts to ensure they are well supported and justified.
Develops and implements commercial best practices, ie customer profitability, pricing, etc. for the country and local markets
Coordinates with all functions within the country to complete required financial reporting by the region or different business units in an accurate and timely manner
Supports country’s annual budget and quarterly forecast process
Requirements:
Degree in accounting or finance essential, MBA, CPA and ACCA preferred
At least five years’ experience in analysis , accounting and financial reporting for a US or European multinational company
Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
Solid background in financial analysis in a commercial environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization
Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style
Must possess high level of integrity and a positive working attitude
