Responsibilities:
Representatif PT. AIA FINANCIAL di cabang Bank Asing dan Bank Swasta bertugas untuk melakukan pemasaran produk Bancassurance atas referensi yang diterima dari Staf Bank Asing dan Bank Swasta
Requirements:
- Pendidikan min. S1/setara (IPK min. 2,8)
- Wanita/Pria, usia 23 - 30 tahun
- Pengalaman di bidang keuangan (perbankan/investasi/asuransi lebih diutamakan)
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan pada semua cabang
- Aktif dalam berbahasa Inggris
- Bantuan operasional dan insentif penjualan yang menarik

- Having experience in Administration role at General Insurance Company (will be advantaged);
- Good Communication Skills and able to work as a team;
- Excellent skill in Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and is a must;
- Proficient in English both oral & written.

Responsibilities:
- Examine documents to determine degree of risk from such factors as applicant financial standing and value and condition of assets management.
- Able to determine risk classification based on product guidelines and standard / sub-standard risks and eligibility.
- Evaluate possibility of losses due to catastrophe or excessive insurance.
- Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
- Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.
- Male or Female, max. age 35 years old.
- Min. Diploma Degree, major in General Insurance Academy.
- Min. experience 3 years in General Insurance Company.
- Have understanding about risk management (preferably holding A3IK certification).
- Computer Literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point).
- Proficient in English both oral & written.
- Home based in Pekanbaru.
